Privacy Notice

Version 1 — effective 28 May 2026.

SignalLock (the data controller; contact privacy@signallock.ai) collects the email address you submit, together with the time of submission, the country your request originates from, and the version of this consent text.

Purpose & legal basis. We process this data solely to send you the monthly SignalLock digest. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by clicking "Subscribe".

Retention. We keep your address until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, after which it is deleted.

Storage & international transfer. Your data is stored in Cloudflare KV. Cloudflare is a global provider and data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under Cloudflare's data-processing safeguards. We do not sell or share your address with third parties.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, or erasure of your data, and withdraw consent at any time (GDPR Art. 7(3), 15–17), by emailing privacy@signallock.ai.

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless: it sets no cookies and does not track you across sites, so no cookie-consent banner is needed.
